Continuation of its European growth course – Expansion of the services for pharmaceutical companies in Europe
Berlin, 11. October 2023 (IGES Institute) – The IGES Group continues to grow and has set up a new subsidiary in France. IGES France Pharma Consulting proposes strategic and health economics consulting services for the developers and manufacturers of medicinal products seeking to place products on the French and European markets.
The new company is embedded in the existing, comprehensive Europe-wide service network of the IGES Group for the life sciences industry. The Group has subsidiaries in six European countries and provides consulting on the market launch and pricing of medical innovations. In 2022, IGES UK Pharma Consulting was established to provide parallel services for the United Kingdom.
"France is the second largest pharmaceutical market in Europe after Germany and an important country of entry for the innovations of pharmaceutical companies. With IGES France Pharma Consulting, we can now also cover the French market within the framework of European launch projects", says Professor Bertram Häussler, Head of the IGES Group.
Häussler is also the CEO of IGES France Pharma Consulting. Pierre Moïse joins IGES France Pharma from the Consulting Services arm of IQVIA as its operational director. Moïse is an economist and has worked for more than 20 years in international companies and organisations as a life sciences consultant. His focus is on market access issues and international health and research policy developments.
